Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn’t work out. We’re happy to help within the following guidelines:


Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 15 days of purchase

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price minus original shipping costs

Online orders may also be returned in-store for a refund or store credit (minus original shipping costs).

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

Items must have all original tags attached.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box.

If a return is received without original tags or packaging, the item will be shipped back to you and original shipping charges will be deducted.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Inflatable items

Tents

Clearance items


Damaged or Defective Items

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store are eligible for store exchange only.
